Responsibilities:
1, according to product requirements for process plan, process design, the preparation of process, quality control points and instructions and other process documents;
2, responsible for organizing the formulation of the company's technical management system and technical process standards, do a good job in the department's technical drawings, technical data filing management;
3. Implement the post responsibility system and work standards of the department, and strengthen the cooperation with relevant departments;
4, responsible for timely guidance, processing, coordination and resolution of technical problems in the production process, to ensure the normal production, to ensure that the company's production plan is completed on time;
5, organize the development of new product sample trial production work, the improvement of existing product trial production, organize statistical product man-hour quota;
6, the company's product processing capacity, technical feasibility analysis and engineering quotation work;
7, complete the department's quality assurance system documents, organize the implementation of the department's product quality certification preparation and related file filing management;
8, organize the development and supervision of the implementation of process execution discipline and continuous improvement;
9. Responsible for the training and assessment of technical engineers and production workers.
Requirements:
1. More than two years working experience in process technology in medical industry is preferred, bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, polymer materials, biological materials and other related fields;
2. Familiar with quality GMP management system, familiar with the GB13485;
3, familiar with workshop 6s management;
4. Strong hands-on ability and learning ability.
